Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to many international countries and all orders include a track & trace. If your country isn’t listed feel free to reach out via email at contact@cosmoswildart.com, We'll be happy to help!
When will my order be shipped?
We ship once a week, usually on Wednesdays. As soon as your order is shipped you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email. Everything is printed, packed and assembled by our volunteers.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order is carefully packed with reinforced protection to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Which payment methods are accepted?
PayPal, Bancontact, Apply Pay, Visa, Discover, iDEAL, Mastercard, KBC/CBC, Belfius, Direct Bank Transfer, American Express and Google Pay.
What are the shipping costs?
Artworks shipped overseas are priced according to the weight and dimensions of the packaged piece. There may be exceptions depending on a country’s rules and regulations. Please reach out via email at contact@cosmoswildart.com for more information about international shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most orders in Belgium take between 2 and 10 business days to arrive after dispatch. International delivery times may vary between 1 and 4 weeks after dispatch depending on the local postal service. Rest assured, all orders come with a track & trace number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
What is your return and refund policy?
Reach out via email at contact@cosmoswildart.com if your order is lost, damaged, or incorrect. Please include the following in your message: order number, images of the package before opening and images of the damaged or incorrect artwork.
