1. Registration

Individuals, organisations or companies registering on the AACWA vzw webshop must identify themselves in order to purchase the products offered. This identification takes place at the time of payment by providing the necessary invoicing details.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros and include VAT. The prices displayed are valid only on the date the order is placed. Only the price shown on the website is binding between the parties.

However, any registered and paid order will be honoured under the conditions that applied at the time the order was placed.

3. Validity and Acceptance of the Offer

Products are offered as long as they are actually available, unless otherwise stated.

If a product is out of stock or cannot be delivered within the expected timeframe, it may be replaced by an alternative or placed on backorder. The customer will be contacted within a reasonable period of time and retains the right to cancel the order if the product is unavailable.

4. Payment

Payment is made through a secure online payment system operated by Mollie .

Orders will only be processed after payment validation.

Orders followed by an invoice are only possible for companies and organisations with a valid and active company registration number and which provide all requested information correctly, or for private individuals who provide all requested details correctly.

5. Delivery Costs, Times and Method

Delivery costs are indicated at checkout and are calculated according to:

• The delivery address
• The destination: Belgium, Europe or outside Europe
• The size of the package
• The weight of the package

These costs cannot be disputed by the buyer, as the buyer was informed of them at the time of payment.

Items are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer when placing the order.

The buyer must check the condition of the packaging upon delivery and report any damage to AACWA vzw within 48 hours of receiving the delivery by email at contact@cosmoswildart.com .

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian and European Union legislation concerning distance selling, consumers have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 calendar days from the day following receipt of the product.

The consumer must inform the seller of the decision to withdraw from the agreement by contacting contact@cosmoswildart.com .

After this notification, the consumer has 14 days to return the product. The costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Personal Data

The buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations and with respect for privacy.

8. Compliance

The buyer acknowledges that all necessary information regarding the item has been consulted before proceeding with the purchase and that the item meets the buyer’s requirements in all respects.

Consequently, AACWA vzw cannot be held liable for a non-compliant or incorrect photograph.

9. Liability

The buyer is informed that AACWA vzw’s liability, regardless of the nature of the damage, is in all cases limited to the amount of the order.

In the event of non-performance of the order, AACWA vzw cannot be held liable if the non-performance or poor execution of the sales agreement is due to the buyer, an unforeseeable and unavoidable act of a third party unrelated to the sale, or force majeure.

Any complaint relating to a purchase made through the webshop must be submitted within 48 hours of the actual delivery of the order.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all published data, including text, images and videos, are the integral and indivisible property of AACWA vzw.

14. Applicable Law and Competent Courts
