FAQ ORDERS & SHIPPING
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to many international countries! Please select your country in the menu.
What are the shipping costs?
It varies from country to country. Most international shipping cost is €25. All orders over €100 are shipping free in Belgium.
When will my order ship?
I ship once a week, usually on Wednesdays. Everything is printed, packed, and assembled by me, so your patience is greatly appreciated!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 5 weeks depending on the local postal service.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Please contact me via email at contact@cosmoswildart.com if your order is damaged, lost, or incorrect within 30 days after purchase. I will be happy to fix any problems I can. Just make sure to include first and last name and order number. I do not accept returns!
I put in the wrong address, can I have a refund?
Unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for the input of incorrect addresses, as an independent artist I can't afford to do so. Please check your address when placing your order and afterwards the address can be found on your order confirmation. If you realize that you've entered the wrong address, please email me ASAP at contact@cosmoswildart.com and i will do my best to rectify the error if i can. If your order has been marked SHIPPED, it is too late to adjust your address.
My order hasn't arrived yet?
Most orders arrive within the week, but with constant post office delays, this could take longer. If you are INTERNATIONAL, please allow up to 2-5 weeks (SOMETIMES LONGER!) for orders to arrive! Contact me via email at contact@cosmoswildart.com, if your order don't show up after the allotted time. Please include your order number and complete name in the email when contacting. All orders will include tracking.
