Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! I ship to many international countries and all orders include a track and trace. If your country isn’t listed feel free to reach out via email at contact@cosmoswildart.com, I’ll be happy to help!
Which payment methods are accepted?
The accepted payment methods include PayPal, Bancontact, Apply Pay, Visa, Discover, iDEAL, Mastercard, Direct Bank Transfer, American Express and Google Pay.
What are the shipping costs?
Artworks shipped overseas are priced according to the weight and dimensions of the packaged piece. There may be exceptions depending on a country’s rules and regulations. Please email me for more information about international shipping.
When will my order ship?
I ship once a week, usually on Wednesdays. As soon as your order is shipped you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email. Everything is printed, packed and assembled by me. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
How will my order be packaged?
Prints between 20-70cm are shipped flat in a sturdy envelope with extra internal protection to prevent any damage. Anything larger will be sent in a sturdy shipping tube with extra internal protection.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most orders in Belgium take between 2 and 10 business days to arrive after dispatch. International delivery times may vary between 1 and 4 weeks after dispatch depending on the local postal service.
What is your return and refund policy?
Please contact me via email at contact@cosmoswildart.com within 35 days of purchase if your order is lost, damaged, or incorrect. Please include the following in your message: order number, images of the package before opening and images of the damaged or incorrect artwork. Returns are not accepted. Refunds will only be offered if your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is incorrect and you have provided all the required information.
I put in the wrong address, can I have a refund?
As a small independent artist I’m unfortunately unable to cover the cost of addresses errors. I kindly ask you to check your address when placing your order and again in your order confirmation. If you realize you've entered the wrong address please email me ASAP at contact@cosmoswildart.com. I will do my best to rectify the error if still possible. If your order has been marked SHIPPED it'll be too late to change your address.
My order hasn't arrived yet?
Most domestic orders within Belgium typically arrive between 2 and 10 business days after dispatch. However, due to ongoing postal delays it may sometimes take a bit longer. For international orders please allow up to 1-4 weeks after dispatch for orders to arrive depending on your local postal service. Contact me via email at contact@cosmoswildart.com if your order hasn’t arrived after the allotted time. Please include your order number and complete name so I can assist you promptly. Rest assured, all orders come with a track and trace number so you can monitor your package every step of the way!
